Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the VoxLinker affiliate program. By creating an affiliate account or using our tracking links, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

VoxLinker ("we", "us", or "our") operates an affiliate marketing platform that connects content creators, publishers, and influencers ("Affiliates") with brands and advertisers ("Merchants"). These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in our program.

By registering for an affiliate account, generating tracking links, or promoting our Merchants, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the VoxLinker Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have a valid payment method (PayPal, Bank Account, or Crypto Wallet) to receive commissions.
  • Own and operate a website, social media channel, or other digital platform with original content.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to decline applications from affiliates whose content is illegal, offensive, or violates our community guidelines.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Notify us immediately at security@voxlinker.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Use tracking links solely for the purpose of promoting approved Merchants.
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Promotional Guidelines

We encourage creativity in promotion, but certain activities are strictly prohibited to protect our Merchants and maintain program integrity.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

  • Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, SMS, or social media messages containing affiliate links.
  • Cookie Stuffing: Setting affiliate cookies on users' browsers without their knowledge or interaction (e.g., via hidden iframes or pixel tracking).
  • Trademark Bidding: Bidding on Merchant brand names or VoxLinker trademarks in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads) unless explicitly authorized by the Merchant.
  • False Claims: Making misleading, deceptive, or false claims about Merchant products, pricing, or availability.
  • Incentivized Traffic: Offering rewards, points, or cash-back to users solely for clicking affiliate links, unless the Merchant explicitly allows it.
  • Adult/Illegal Content: Promoting links on websites containing pornography, hate speech, gambling, or illegal substances.

4.2 Disclosure Requirements

You must comply with all applicable advertising laws, including the FTC Guides concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (USA) and the CAP Code (UK). You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with VoxLinker on your platform (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links").

5. Tracking & Attribution

VoxLinker uses industry-standard tracking technologies (cookies and server-to-server postbacks) to attribute sales to your account.

  • Cookie Duration: Affiliate cookies typically have a lifespan of 30 days, unless otherwise specified by the Merchant.
  • Last-Click Attribution: Commissions are generally awarded to the last affiliate link clicked by the user before a purchase.
  • Validation: All tracked conversions are subject to a validation period to account for returns, cancellations, and fraud.

6. Payments & Payouts

Commissions are calculated based on the agreed terms for each Merchant (e.g., percentage of sale or fixed fee per action).

  • Payout Threshold: The minimum balance required to request a withdrawal is $50 USD.
  • Payment Schedule: Payouts are processed on a Net-30 or Net-60 basis, depending on the Merchant's terms, to account for return windows.
  • Methods: We support payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer (Wire/ACH), and Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC).
  • Chargebacks: If a customer disputes a charge or requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be reversed (clawed back) from your account.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use VoxLinker and Merchant trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting their products. You may not:

  • Use trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
  • Register domain names containing VoxLinker or Merchant trademarks.
  • Modify or alter Merchant logos or creatives without permission.

8. Termination

VoxLinker may terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

Upon termination:

  • You must cease using all tracking links and remove affiliate disclosures from your content.
  • Any unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid, provided there is no evidence of fraud.
  • If termination is due to fraud or prohibited activities, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". VOXLINKER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

VOXLINKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA LOSS.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles, CA, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
