Accessibility Statement

VoxLinker is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Our Commitment

VoxLinker is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its public-facing website (www.voxlinker.com) and platform. We believe that digital experiences should be inclusive, usable, and empowering for everyone, regardless of ability or technology.

Our accessibility team reviews this policy annually to ensure it reflects our current practices and future goals. This statement was last updated on May 26, 2026.

2. Accessibility Standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, the latest official standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG explains how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Our conformance targets are:

  • Level A: Minimum level of accessibility (required for basic usability)
  • Level AA: Target level for most public-facing content (addresses major barriers)
  • Level AAA: Enhanced level (pursued where feasible for critical content)

We prioritize Level AA conformance for all new web content and significant updates to existing content.

3. Current Status

Using a combination of automated tools, manual testing, and user feedback, we have assessed the accessibility of the VoxLinker website. As of the last review:

A

Current Conformance: WCAG 2.1 Level A

The core navigation, content structure, and key interactive elements of voxlinker.com meet Level A success criteria. We are actively working to address remaining gaps.

Known limitations include:

  • Some third-party integrations may not fully support keyboard navigation or screen readers
  • Certain dynamic content updates may not announce changes to assistive technologies
  • Color contrast in some legacy UI components may not meet AA standards
  • PDF documents and downloadable resources may not be fully accessible

We are working to resolve these limitations as part of our ongoing accessibility improvements.

4. Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is not a one-time achievement but a continuous commitment. Our current initiatives include:

  • Design System Updates: Updating our component library to enforce WCAG 2.2 AA color contrast, focus indicators, and semantic HTML by default.
  • Automated Testing: Integrating accessibility checks (using axe-core, Lighthouse) into our CI/CD pipeline to catch issues early.
  • Manual Audits: Conducting quarterly manual reviews with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.
  • User Testing: Partnering with users with disabilities to gather feedback on real-world usability.
  • Training: Providing accessibility training for designers, developers, and content creators.
  • Documentation: Maintaining internal accessibility guidelines and checklists for new features.

Any new web content added to the VoxLinker website is reviewed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria before publication.

Additional milestones and timelines will be added to this section as they are finalized.

7. Technical Notes

The VoxLinker website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
  • Keyboard navigation: Full support for tab, shift+tab, enter, space, and arrow keys
  • Zoom: Content remains usable at up to 200% zoom without loss of functionality
  • High contrast modes: Content adapts to system high contrast settings

We recommend using the latest versions of modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) for the best accessible experience.

Note: While we strive for maximum compatibility, some third-party tools or embedded content may have limited accessibility support. We work with vendors to encourage improvements and provide alternative access paths where possible.
